Exercises: Central Lower Back (Zone 4)

Here at Backpainhelp.com we have developed a range of products to help relieve your back pain. In addition to these products, we have also produced a range of simple, light exercises to help relieve your pain further and to improve your overall back health.

For central lower back(lumbar) pain we recommend wearing our Back Brace once a day for a 2-3 hour period. During this time your spine is supported by the brace while your muscles relax, and your back has some recovery time.

After a period of wearing the Back Brace, it is recommended that you complete some simple, light exercises to maintain muscle strength and back health.*
